Sheco Farm is a 5-acre homestead and an extension of a lifestyle Sherry and Nico created to remember their loved ones through food memories and a desire to document their journey as first-time farmers. Family dinners around the table, eating scratch-made food, and making nostalgic foods from their childhood, drive them to build their dreams together on this small farm in Oak Ridge, Texas.

We grow our food using no-till, regenerative practices without the use of pesticides.
We grow our crops using organic standards and creating an environment that supports beneficial insects and ecosystems.
We use a non-invasive approach to manage our farm from composting to reusing items for their full potential allowing us to lower the impact on our operation.

Sheco Farm’s intent is to produce Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) subscription program, in which members of the public support the farm by committing to purchase shares of its produce for a season.
