About Us

Sheco Farm is a special place because of our commitment to using no-till,  regenerative practices, and fostering a community that supports small farmers, artisans, and natural approaches to life.

We can create a space that enriches the community, feeds neighbors, and brings people together.

We share the same vision to grow food and live an authentic life together.

Meet Us

Sheco Farm is a special place not only because of our commitment to growing using regenerative practices, but also fostering a community who support small farmers, artisans, and nature.

Sherry and Nico first met    while working in the food service industry where they  both worked for several years.

Sherry is a hospice nurse with a heart for caregiving, was raised in a family of chefs and has a deep appreciation for food and hospitality.

Nico is a seasoned chef with over 20 years of experience and currently works as a product development chef, blending creativity and culinary expertise to bring new ideas to life.

They were naturally drawn together by food experiences and a desire to serve others. Urban farming in their East Dallas backyard, they soon ran out of space to grow food. So, they bought a 5-acre farm in Oak Ridge, Texas, packed their bags, and left the big city.

They launched Sheco Farm as an extension of their passion for growing food using the Back to Eden farming method, a regenerative style of farming, and living a life focused on community and faith.
